Daily Catholic Mass
“The Holy Eucharist is the Source and Summit of Christian life.” Lumen Gentium 11, CCC 1324
This quote is the summary of daily life as a Catholic. Christ said that “man does not live by bread alone, but by every word which comes forth from the mouth of God.” In mass, we receive the word, through the liturgy of the Word, and we also recieve the Word made Flesh in the Liturgy of the Eucharist. We then live by the Word, and the Word Made Flesh.
