Jennifer Carr Allmon interviews Bishop Duffy during her travel to Zambia with Catholic Relief Services. Bishop Duffy was ordained in San Antonio in 1962, and was assigned to Zambia in 1984 as one of the first Oblate Missionaries from the Southern Province of the United States. We have posted this video as part of a memorial to Bishop Duffy, who passed away in August, 2011.
