Verbum Caro Factum Est – Gregorian Chant, Catholic Hymns
This Chant responsory is from the Gospel according to St. John. The image is of St. Padre Pio receiving Holy Eucharist. The Latin and English follow:
Verbum caro factum est et habitavit in nobis.
Et vidimus gloriam eius,gloriam quasi Unigeniti a Patre, plenum gratiae et veritatis.

Against Homosexuality – Teachings of the Church of Christ
Against the sins of homosexuality (sodomy) the Church has always taught. With Scripture, Tradition and Reason, it is evident that homosexuality is a grave sin that cries to heaven for justice. Lumped together with that detestable act, are bestiality, pedophilia, incest and all unnatural sexual lusts and acts. As Christians we must reject sodomy as a gross sin (like rape, murder, thievery, etc) and do all we can to pray for and guide the erring to justice and virtuous living. Thus we love one another.
Included in the video are 3 paintings of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah with Lot leaving the city. The two songs are a Byzantine Chant “Communion Verse” and Gregorian Chant “Os Iusti”.

Lament for Constantinople, Lamentatio sanctae matris ecclesiae Constantinopolitanae, Dufay
This video is in remembrance of the Fall of Constantinople to the Turks in 1453. It is remembered with great sorrow. The other purpose of this video is to showcase the touching hymn of Guillaume Du-fay, the Lamentatio sanctae matris ecclesiae Constantinopolitanae, which is the Lament of the Holy Mother Church of Constantinople. It is modified from a part of the Book of Lamentations on the fall of Jerusalem. I included several images with the music. The song’s lyrics and translation are below:
O tres piteulx de tout espoir fontaine,
Pere du filz dont suis mere esplorée,
Plaindre me viens a ta court souveraine,
De ta puissance et de nature humaine,
Qui ont souffert telle durté villaine

Ave Plena Gratiae – Catholic Hymns of Praise
This is a somewhat lesser known Marian hymn. The image is “The Birth of Mary” by Bartolome Esteban Murillo. The Latin lyrics and English translation follow:

Pueri Hebraeorum – Catholic Hymns, Gregorian Chant
This hymn contains some verses from Psalm 24 to accompany the title verse. Unfortunately, the file was incomplete and I had to do some editing (which may be noticeable) in piecing the music together and making my best effort at a video. The lyrics were the most accurate that I could come up with. There are some variations with the song and the scriptural text. The background image is “The Rich Young Man” by Heinrich Hoffmann. Christus factus est pro nobis – Catholic Gregorian Chant Songs
This is a beautiful hymn of praise to the Lord Jesus Christ, to whom be given all glory and praise! Traditionally for Holy Thursday and Lenten use, this song (from the scripture) can be used always, for it is right to worship God always. The background image is Diego Velazquez’ “Crucifixion”. The Latin and English text follows:
