Council of Europe approves Vatican financial system but suggests increased vigilance

http://www.romereports.com The Moneyval committee from the Council of Europe has published their first report of 241 pages on the financial transparency of the Vatican. It suggests improvements in monitoring to ensure greater effectiveness of its financial system.

Hymn of the Cherubim, Tchaikovsky – Beautiful Christian Churches

This video I made features some stunning art. Byzantine, Romanesque, Baroque, Classical, Gothic and Modern architecture. Besides the stunning places of Christian worship, there are several inspiring stained glass art, icons, sculptures, and other objects which set our mind upon the holy things represented. There are glorious basilicas, magnificent cathedrals, humble country churches, monasteries, and the like. The accompanying music is Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky rendition of the Byzantine Liturgy’s “Cherubic Hymn”. I do hope you enjoy it all.
