CRS Works with First Aid Volunteers in Laos
In Laos, cluster bombs left over from the Vietnam War sometimes injure people in rural villages. CRS is teaching CPR and first aid to village volunteers in remote areas. This training equips volunteers to stabilize injured neighbors for long journeys to the nearest hospital.
