In this segment he is on R for Receive & Respect Input. Patiently listening to subordinates, humbly acknowleging better solutions, giving credit to subordinates when it is due, creating an environment where subordinates can freely approach you with problems. Jesus does this by questioning the disciples and correcting the disciples. Also, the Pope gives an example by seeking counsel from the College of Bishops in his governance of the Church.
